Shipping, returns, and refunds!
Our shipping process runs from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on weekends and public holidays in India. The cut-off time for delivery is 3 pm IST. All orders made after 3 pm IST will be processed the next business day. Depending on your location of order and shipping partner availability, typically, it takes around 3-15 days for your order to be shipped.
If you have a preference for the courier service, on the date of placing your order, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the same reason.
The cancellation would only be enforced once we receive an email request from you within one hour of placing the order or before your order has been dispatched.
A refund on cancellation is not valid for the pre-paid orders. A credit voucher equal to the amount that you may use against future orders will be given if you wish to alter or cancel a
Return and Exchange Policy
What can I return?
Our customers can request returns on all the products purchased from the ‘Konkuwan shop’ that is within the return window (7 days from the date of purchase).
The Items are returnable in the following cases:
● If you have obtained them in a physically damaged state,
● Have missing items
● The items are faulty or different from their description on the Konkuwan shop product information page.

What are the return guidelines?
Our policy lasts for 7 days, Sadly, if the 7 days have gone by since your order, we can't give you a refund o replacement.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a refund. It must be in the original packaging as well. We need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will send you an email as soon as your return is received and examined, to inform you that we have received your returned product. We will also inform you of your refund being accepted or denied.
If permitted, your refund will be processed and a credit will be added automatically, within 30 days, to your credit card/bank account or the original payment method.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If the standard timeline as specified in the table above has expired and the refund has not yet been issued, kindly contact the issuer of your credit or debit card or your bank for details. If your refund has not yet been received, please contact us at email@example.com
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace products in case they are damaged and unused. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 249, Purana Basti, Chakradharpur, Jharkhand-833012.
